1. Eligibility and entry

• Each paid HoK Throwback Vault Lucky Spin Entry purchased through House of Kpop gives the purchasing customer one online Lucky Spin entitlement, unless otherwise stated by House of Kpop.
• Entitlements are tied to the original Shopify order, customer email address, and private unlock code. Unlock codes must not be shared, sold, transferred, posted publicly, or used by anyone other than the intended customer.
• House of Kpop may cancel, withhold, or reverse any entitlement or prize if an order is cancelled, refunded, charged back, flagged for fraud, duplicated by system error, or otherwise found to be ineligible.

2. How the spin works

• After an eligible order is processed, House of Kpop will send a Lucky Spin email containing the event page and unlock code to the email address used at checkout.
• The customer must unlock the event page with the private code and complete the online spin. The prize is only allocated when the spin is submitted, not when the page is opened.
• Each entitlement can be spun once only. The recorded result in House of Kpop's system is final.

3. Prize pool and fulfilment

• Prizes are allocated from the available Throwback Vault prize pool at the time of spin. Prize quantities are limited and reduce as spins are completed.
• Prizes are official archive albums, merchandise, or related items selected by House of Kpop. Packaging condition may vary for archive stock, but House of Kpop will make reasonable checks before fulfilment.
• Prizes are not exchangeable for cash, store credit, another item, or another member/version unless House of Kpop decides that a substitution is required.
• If a listed prize becomes unavailable because of inventory mismatch, damage, supplier/admin error, or technical issue, House of Kpop may substitute another prize of similar nature at its reasonable discretion.
• The revealed prize will be added to the original order for delivery, mailing, or in-store collection according to the fulfilment method and instructions available for that order.

4. Customer responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for entering a valid email address at checkout and checking their inbox, spam, and promotions folders for the Lucky Spin email.
• House of Kpop is not responsible for lost access caused by incorrect checkout details, email filtering, shared codes, device issues, network issues, or customer delay.
• Customers may be asked to verify their order details before prize fulfilment.

5. Fair use and abuse prevention

• Any attempt to guess codes, automate spins, exploit technical behaviour, manipulate orders, create duplicate claims, or interfere with the Lucky Spin may result in disqualification without compensation.
• House of Kpop may pause, audit, amend, or close the Lucky Spin if technical, operational, inventory, fraud, compliance, or platform issues affect fair administration.

6. General

• Participation in the Lucky Spin means the customer accepts these terms together with House of Kpop's store policies.
• House of Kpop's records, including order records, entitlement records, spin logs, and prize allocation records, will be used to resolve administration questions.
• House of Kpop may update these terms where reasonably required to protect customers, comply with platform or legal requirements, or correct an operational issue.
• This promotion is administered by House of Kpop in Singapore and is void where prohibited by law.
