For all purchases, please do an unboxing video from the start of original sealed packaging to the end of unboxing process without any editing or obstruction of view as it will be required during any defects or missing items case. If there is any defect, please email to us at support@houseofkpop.com within 3 days from your collection date. After verification and confirm that there is defect / missing item, we will proceed with exchange of the same item.
