We encourage participants not to submit last minute orders as the server is not able to handle large crowds at the same time and there will be no extension for late orders.

 

Personal information will be collected and provided to proceed with the event when applying the event.

This products cannot be withdrawn (return, refund, or cancel) after payment is made. 

If the event entrant and buyer are minors (that is less than 15 years old), I confirm that the purchase was made with the consent of the legal representative. (parents, etc.)

The delivery will take 90 working days (weekdays excluding weekends and holidays) or more after the end of the event (05 July 2025) and not order submission date. As production of albums and preorder benefit will only start after the event date (05 July 2025), the delivery schedule will begin after the items are received.

For Fan sign winners, you are require to pre-prepare your own respective album indicated in the notice as the album will not be ready by the fan sign (your order).

For overseas freight, buyer will need to pay for their respective duties, tax and storage fees (if applicable). House of Kpop will not be liable to pay for such costs. If duties, tax and storage fees is unpaid by you, any disposal of parcels performed by respective countries authorities will not be House of Kpop’s responsibilities for any compensation or whatsoever.

All winners are selected randomly. The winner’s result is FINAL AND CONCLUSIVE. We are not obliged to provide any reasons for the winner’s list.

Fan sign lucky draw chance is based on number of albums. If 6 albums in one order, customer will have 6 lucky draw chances.

Please read through the event notice carefully before submitting the order. Once order is submitted, it is deemed that you have agreed to the terms and conditions stated in the event notice.

In the case of preorder benefit photo card, imprinting and scratches, ink splashes, warping, printing dust, and back defects cannot be a reason for exchange or return.

  3. Closing date for entry is 15 June 2025 23:59 (GMT+8) (Based on the time of payment completion). After this date, no further entries to the contest will be considered.
  4. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  5. Winners will be selected at random. The winner’s list is Final and Conclusive and we are not obliged to provide reasons concerning the selection of the Lucky Draw winners or entertain any appeals whatsoever.
  6. House of Kpop Pte Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, amend or add on to these Terms and Conditions, or terminate, vary or suspend this contest, or substitute this contest for another, at any time without prior notice to you.
  7. The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  8. The winner will be notified by email within 14 days from the date of announcement. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not response by the deadline indicated, we reserve the right to withdraw the winner.
