The delivery will take 60 working days (weekdays excluding weekends and holidays) or more after the end of the event date and not order date.

For overseas freight, buyer will need to pay for their respective duties, tax and storage fees (if applicable). House of Kpop will not be liable to pay for such costs. If duties, tax and storage fees is unpaid by you, any disposal of parcels performed by respective countries authorities will not be House of Kpop’s responsibilities for any compensation or whatsoever.

  • Every album purchased will entitle to 1 photocard. For example, 3 albums will receive 3 photocards.

Please be informed that it may take up to 60 working days for the mailing as subject to the production schedule of the items.

In the case of preorder benefit photo card, imprinting and scratches, ink splashes, warping, printing dust, and back defects cannot be a reason for exchange or return.
