Event details

• Entry period: 2 July 2026, 2:00 PM – 12 July 2026, 11:59 PM (SGT), based on the time of payment completion.
• How to enter: purchase the album online at houseofkpop.com. Each album purchased counts as one entry, and all purchases count towards the HANTEO Chart.
• Winners: 30, selected at random.
• Winner announcement: 17 July 2026, after 2:00 PM (SGT), on houseofkpop.com. Winners are also notified via the contact details provided at checkout.
• Fan sign: 14 August 2026 (Fri), 7:30 PM (SGT), Singapore. This is a closed event; the venue is disclosed to winners.
• Winner benefits: a Q&A with Chaeyeon, plus a live lucky draw for one of four signed polaroids.

Please note

• Entries are non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-exchangeable once winners are announced.
• Enter your details (full name, date of birth, contact number and email) exactly as shown on your NRIC / Passport — winners must verify their identity at the event. International entrants should use the full English name as it appears on their passport.
• Buyers under 18 must purchase with the consent of a legal guardian.
• Albums are shipped by courier in batches from approximately 60 working days after the event concludes (14 August 2026), not from the order date. Tracking is updated once available.
• Preorder benefits are allocated at random and are not duplicated within a single order. Minor photocard defects (imprints, scratches, ink marks, warping, printing dust or back defects) are not grounds for exchange or return.
• All winners are selected at random. The result is FINAL AND CONCLUSIVE, and we are not obliged to disclose the selection criteria or entertain appeals.
