<Important Reminder>

All items in our store undergo strict quality inspection before sales.

Except for damage during manufacturing defects, non-defective products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Order errors caused by personal preference, misjudgment of size, or duplicate purchases cannot be exchanged.

Please be sure to:

Confirm the style, color, and specifications of the product

Refer to the size chart to select the appropriate size

Read the product details and material specifications

<Exchange Eligibility Requirements>

Items applying for an exchange must meet all of the following conditions:

Provide a complete, unedited unboxing video from the start of original sealed packaging to the end of unboxing process without any editing or obstruction of view (applicable to items requiring opening and inspection)

The product remains in its original condition upon receipt

Unworn, unused, unwashed, unassembled, or altered in any way

Original tags intact

The product is stored in its original packaging

Provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase
The unboxing video must be submitted within 3 days of purchase; late submissions will not be accepted. The video must fully show the process from unpacking to discovering the problem, with clear, uninterrupted, and unedited footage.

<Situations Not Eligible for Exchange>

The following situations are considered normal manufacturing processes or material characteristics and are not considered quality issues; therefore, exchanges are not accepted:
* Minor textures, spots, dents, or slight wrinkles in natural materials (such as leather, metal, and wood).
* Slight color differences or uneven edge cutting in printed materials (such as posters and paintings) (only severe smudging, large-area discoloration, scratches, or tears are eligible for exchange).
* Tiny dust particles, fingerprints, minor stains, or minor scratches generated during the production process.
* Bubbles, dust spots, or fine scratches under the protective film on acrylic products (it is recommended to remove the protective film before use).
* A small number of loose threads, slight color differences, or trace amounts of foreign matter in textile products (clothing, bags, etc.).
* Minor damage to the outer packaging due to transportation, but the product itself is intact.

If you have any questions, please confirm with us via email in advance whether the product qualifies for an exchange.

<Non-Exchangeable Circumstances>

Exchanges are not possible in the following situations: The product packaging is severely damaged, resulting in a loss of product value. The product is damaged or lost due to improper storage or negligence by the customer. The product has been used, worn, washed, assembled, or altered to its original condition.

Collection (if applicable)
Your order will be ready for collection during the event period from 20 to 30 November 2025. Buyer is responsible to come to collect their orders within these event date. No reminder will be send on uncollected order. All uncollected orders will be disposed and payment will not be refunded either in full or partial.

Refunds (if applicable)
We will only process refund when we are not able to secure your ordered items. An email will be send to notify you that we are not able to secure your item. Full refund will then be processed to your assigned bank details.

Unboxing of parcel video from the beginning to the end without editing showing the missing item will be required for us to investigate and propose with solution. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@houseofkpop.com

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are send wrongly. If you need to exchange it, send us an email at support@houseofkpop.com

Unboxing of parcel video from the beginning to the end without editing showing the wrong item will be required for us to investigate and propose with solution. 

Shipping
To return your product, you should send us an email at support@houseofkpop.com first.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you stay, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
