How the Lucky Spin works

1. Complete your order within the event window.
2. Check your inbox for your Lucky Spin unlock email after checkout.
3. Open the private draw room and spin once per album entry.
4. If you win a bonus signed pull, it is reserved to your order. Your album and preorder photocard ship per the fulfilment notes below.

Important notes

• The preorder benefit will be given randomly.
• Please be informed that it may take up to 60 working days for the mailing as subject to the production schedule of the items.
• Please read through the event notice carefully before submitting the order. Once order is submitted, it is deemed that you have agreed to the terms and conditions stated in the event notice.
• In the case of preorder benefit photo card, imprinting and scratches, ink splashes, warping, printing dust, and back defects cannot be a reason for exchange or return.

Terms & conditions

1. Eligibility and entry. Each paid KickFlip Digipack album purchased through this listing during the event window gives the purchasing customer one Lucky Spin entitlement per album, unless otherwise stated by House of Kpop. Entitlements are tied to the original Shopify order, customer email address, and private unlock code. Unlock codes must not be shared, sold, transferred, posted publicly, or used by anyone other than the intended customer.
2. Preorder photocard. Each album includes one random preorder photocard out of 12 types. Member and design are random and cannot be chosen manually.
3. Spin process. After an eligible order is processed, House of Kpop will send a Lucky Spin email containing the event page and unlock code to the email address used at checkout. Bonus prizes are allocated only when the spin is submitted, not when the page is opened. Each entitlement can be spun once only. The recorded result in House of Kpop's system is final.
4. Premium pulls and fulfilment. Signed photocards and signed albums are allocated from the limited Lucky Spin prize pool while stocks last. Quantities are limited and reduce as spins are completed. Packaging condition may vary, but House of Kpop will make reasonable checks before fulfilment.
5. No exchange or cancellation. Lucky Draw event items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-cancellable once payment has been made. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash, store credit, another item, or another member/version unless House of Kpop decides that a substitution is required.
6. Customer responsibilities. Customers are responsible for entering a valid email address at checkout and checking their inbox, spam, and promotions folders for the Lucky Spin email. House of Kpop is not responsible for lost access caused by incorrect checkout details, email filtering, shared codes, device issues, network issues, or customer delay.
7. General. Participation means the customer accepts these terms together with House of Kpop's store policies. This promotion is administered by House of Kpop in Singapore and is void where prohibited by law.
